..........he will call in every week  and whenever we ask to check the house over and make sure all is okay. This is very important for me.

Also what I find above and beyond is he will sort issues such as bulbs, paint touch ups, keeping an eye on the services if left for a long time, such as running the washer, flushing toilets and running showers etc, so knowing everything is tip top before you arrive.

He has also met and dealt with people doing work in the property which again is invaluable.

Overall couldn’t expect anything more, he’s first class.
